You should only send an in-app gift if you want to, as a gesture of appreciation. Please do not send coins/gifts to anyone who has promised you something in exchange, like a private call. 

If you feel that someone is trying to pressure you into sending a gift, you can always terminate your video call/chat and find someone else to talk to. 

Tips: 

• We recommend that all your interactions with new connections remain in the app while getting to know someone. Users with bad intentions often attempt to move the conversation off-platform right away. If someone offers to take your conversation off-platform if you send them a gift first, they might be trying to trick you and we recommend that you terminate the call/chat.

  This kind of conduct can result in a suspension or even permanent ban from the platform. If someone offers to have a sexual chat with you or take their clothes off if you send them an in-app gift first, they might be trying to trick you and we recommend that you terminate the call and report them to us.
